What Is The DEEDOOWEAR Hassle Free Return Policy?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price, not including shipping fees or taxes. Customer is responsible for all outbound and return shipping costs. Exceptions be made for defective items only. In the event the return is made due to defective merchandise, or a wrong item has been shipped, DEEDOOWEAR will reimburse the customer for the cost of shipping the merchandise back. In order to receive a reimbursement for the shipping fees back to DEEDOOWEAR , customers MUST ship the merchandise back with standard mail service only. If any other methods are used (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc) shipping cost will not be reimbursed even in the event of damaged or miss shipped merchandise.

  • 2. Items must be unworn, in salable condition and in their original packaging. Clothing must be unwashed.
  • 3. Returns by mail must include a return card with your full information.
  • 4. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless an item is damaged or defective.
  • 5. We do not directly exchange product. Please place a new order if you wish to exchange size or style. We will refund your previous product money back when it returns to us.
  • 6. Please allow 7 working days when return parcel arrived to us.
  • 7. DEEDOOWEAR is not responsible for lost packages.
How To Return My Package?
  • 1. fill your return card with all your details.
  • 2. Merchandise is to be securely packaged in the original box, if possible, removing all extra labels from the outside of the package.

Damaged, Defective Or Wrong Items

If you received an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please use online help or email us immediately. It is important that you contact us before returning the item. So that we may assist you with return shipping fees. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Before you email or call, please have your order number available. Please be prepared with a detailed description of the damage or defect before contacting us.

If the refund did not appear to your account and you did not receive message from us for a while, please contact. We promise to reply your request as soon as possible.
